According to Мінфін: Ukraine and the IMF have reached an expert-level agreement on a new Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program worth $8.1 billion.

Serhiy Marchenko stated that Ukraine relies on the support of partners in approving the decision to provide reparations loans in the near future. The Ukrainian donor platform reported that the Ukrainian government and international partners discussed support for the state budget, the energy sector in 2026, and reforms.

Roman Yermolichev indicated that support for education is one of the government's key priorities for 2026. The state budget project allocates UAH 274 billion.

Ukraine received €100 million from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to support military and political operations.

Ukraine has reached an agreement with the IMF on the new financial program, relies on the support of international partners in the fields of budget, education, and energy, and received financial support for military and political activities from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
