Results of the internal inspection of DBR

According to ХВИЛЯ: The State Bureau of Investigations (DBR) has published the results of an internal inspection that was initiated due to possible pressure on the Bureau's employees following the publication of the 'NABU tapes'. The inspection revealed no influence on DBR employees.

The inspection began on November 14, 2025. The Main Investigative Department registered information in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations (URPT) based on signs of offenses under part 3 of Article 368 and part 3 of Article 365 of the Criminal Code. During the inspection, more than 30 people were interrogated, and 12 identifications by photographs were conducted. Additionally, DBR sent 19 official requests as part of the investigation.

As a result of the conducted inspection, DBR made a statement claiming that

“no pressure, influence, or instructions in the interests of third parties were exerted on the Bureau's employees”

- State Bureau of Investigations.

Thus, the results of the internal inspection refute the information about possible violations of the rights of the employees of the State Bureau of Investigations.
