DBR investigates shelling in Dnipropetrovsk region: there are dead and wounded

Preliminary investigation into the shelling of Ukrainian military in the Dnipropetrovsk region. There are dead and wounded as a result of a missile strike by the Russian Federation. The investigative group of the DBR is determining the circumstances of the tragedy and verifying compliance with safety requirements by the personnel. The investigation is being conducted under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding negligent attitude towards military service.

Recently, Russian missiles shelled the training center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Participants claim that the center is located in the rear territory of Ukraine, but losses could not be avoided. The training and instructional group notes that underground shelters for the centers are important for the safety of the military, but this can affect living conditions and training due to stress and interruptions in sleep.

During recent conflicts, Ukrainian military personnel have experienced shelling and missile strikes as a result of Russian aggression. Preliminary investigations are being conducted to identify the perpetrators and prevent similar tragedies in the future.
