Where municipal networks are being repaired in Vinnytsia on July 20, 2026

In Vinnytsia, after an intense downpour, water is being pumped out of flooded premises, drainage systems are being cleaned, and damaged power lines are being restored. At the same time, utility workers are conducting planned repairs, due to which some houses were left without water or electricity. This is reported by the Vinnytsia City Council.

The downpour most affected the Zamostya microdistrict, particularly the area of Kyivska Street. Water entered the basements of houses located in low-lying areas. Utility workers and rescuers were pumping it out and cleaning the road drains of debris.

In various districts of the city, power lines were also reported to be down. According to Antonina Ivashchuk, head of the round-the-clock response department 'Round-the-clock Guard', the restoration of damaged networks is ongoing.

Where water mains are being repaired in Vinnytsia and hot water is turned off

Teams from 'Vinnytsiaoblvodokanal' are repairing water mains on July 20 at the following addresses:

• Chumatska St., 266;

• S. Bandera St., 23;

• R. Skaletsky St., 51;

• Knyaziv Koriatovychiv St., 166.

Water supply is promised to be restored immediately after the work is completed. Due to repairs on the heating network, there is no hot water on Kotsyubynsky Avenue, 33 and 43/2, M. Malyshenko Streets, 31, 33, 35, and 40, as well as K. Malevich, 34, 35, and 69. Supply will be restored by 8:00 PM on July 21.

Work in individual heating points has suspended hot water supply on Warsaw St., 29 and 31, I. Bevz St., 36, and Kyiv St., 12. The service is expected to be restored shortly.

Hot and cold water supply is temporarily unavailable in houses No. 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, and 32 on S. Bandera St. The reason is repair activities in the central heating point.

Where electricity was turned off in Vinnytsia on July 20

Due to planned work on transformer substations, power was temporarily turned off at the following addresses:

• Yunosti Avenue, 22-44;

• A. First-Called St., 30 and 32;

• S. Zulinsky St., 39-41;

• O. Honchar St.;

• Kozatska St.;

• Koroleva St., 116.

These works are not directly related to emergency shutdowns after the downpour. Utility services are simultaneously addressing planned malfunctions and the aftermath of the weather in various parts of Vinnytsia.
