Government-Backed 5-7-9% Affordable Loan Initiative
According to Мінфін: The Ukrainian government’s 5-7-9% Affordable Loan Program continues to bolster micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises by providing preferential loans through authorized banks. This initiative is managed by the National Development Institution.
In the past week alone, authorized banks issued 765 concessional loans totaling 3.2 billion UAH. Since the beginning of 2026, the program has facilitated 26,508 loans amounting to 117.9 billion UAH. Amid ongoing martial law conditions, a total of 126,670 loans have been granted, reaching 490.5 billion UAH. Since the program’s inception, 161,492 loan agreements have been signed, with an aggregate value of 580.1 billion UAH.
