Ukraine’s 5-7-9% Affordable Loan Initiative
According to Мінфін: This government-backed program remains a vital source of financial support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises across Ukraine. Through authorized banks and the National Development Institution, the program facilitates access to preferential loans. Just last week, 514 loans totaling 1.5 billion UAH were approved by participating banks.
Since the beginning of 2026, a total of 27,022 loans amounting to 119.4 billion UAH have been issued. Throughout the ongoing martial law period, the program has provided 127,184 loans worth 492.1 billion UAH. Overall, since its inception, 162,006 loan agreements have been signed, with a cumulative value of 581.6 billion UAH. The National Development Institution manages the implementation of this program.
