According to Міністерство соц. політики: The Ministry of Social Policy is running a program to help internally displaced persons (IDPs) and residents of front-line areas purchase housing through an affordable state-backed mechanism. The government will cover a substantial portion of the costs, including up to 70% of the initial down payment and 70% of monthly mortgage payments during the first year. Applicants can also receive up to 40,000 hryvnias to cover ancillary costs related to finalizing the transaction.

Applications for this support are submitted via the Diia app, after which applicants select a partner bank to arrange their loan. The Dukhov family from Enerhodar has already successfully utilized the program, demonstrating its practical availability for those in need of housing due to the conflict.
