Cafe Premises Lease Agreement

According to Главком: For the first time, the Desnyanska District State Administration has officially leased out premises to operate a cafe. The process of formalizing this lease took from August to January. The cafe space covers an area of 100 square meters, with an annual rental fee of 840,000 hryvnias, excluding utility costs.

As part of this agreement, a coffee vending machine located near the Administrative Services Center (ASC) has also been legalized. The area allocated for this machine is 2 square meters, with an annual rent of 200,000 hryvnias. Patrons of the new cafe can purchase a full lunch for 120-150 hryvnias. Filtered water is provided free of charge, and the menu includes tea, coffee, and snacks.

Expanding Public Catering Services

It is also noted that a spot for mobile street trading on Bastionna Street has been leased for 203,000 hryvnias per month. Maksym Bakhmatov, Head of the Desnyanska District State Administration, announced these new initiatives, which are aimed at developing the public catering sector in the district.

This step aims not only to develop infrastructure but also to improve the quality of services for residents and visitors to the district.
