The Diya will limit access to key services: what will not work from August 16 to 18

From the evening of August 16, some online services in the 'Diya' application and portal will be temporarily unavailable. According to information from the official 'Diya' website, this is due to planned technical works for updating state registries, which will last from 8:00 PM on August 16 to 8:00 AM on August 18.

The restrictions will affect services related to the State Register of Enterprises, State Register of Civil Status Acts, State Register of Property Rights, and others. During this period, users will not be able to register or change the status of individual entrepreneurs, receive extracts from the State Register of Civil Status Acts, carry out vehicle re-registration, submit applications for subsidies, and use the services 'eMaljatko', 'eOselya', 'eRobota', 'ePryvatnist', or declare their place of residence or submit data to the International Registry of Losses.

The Ministry of Justice emphasizes that 'Diya' does not store users' personal data but only displays it from state registries upon request. Therefore, during the technical works, access to information and operations related to these registries will be limited.

Other 'Diya' services will operate as usual. Users are advised to prepare the necessary documents in advance or use the services after the completion of the updates.
