According to glavcom.ua: Lesya Hasidzhak expressed her outrage over the New Year's toys from the company Bevza, which use the symbolism of 'five ears of wheat', closely related to the tragic events of the Holodomor. This collection has not only provoked negative emotions from the director of the Holodomor Museum, but also serious indignation among social media users.
Each of us must understand that the use of historical symbols should be done with great caution and respect for the tragic events of the past. Such irresponsible attitude towards the memory of the victims of these tragic events is unacceptable and not only outrages the initiators of this collection but also deeply hurts the feelings of the entire Ukrainian people.
