Who will benefit from the winter payment

According to Міністерство соц. політики: Families from frontline areas that fall into vulnerable categories can expect a one-time monetary assistance of 19,400 hryvnias. This funding is intended to prepare for the cold season and to partially cover seasonal expenses. For people who continue to live in the conflict zone and face financial difficulties, such support is especially important.

The application must be submitted no later than October 30. The payment can be arranged through:

• Pension Fund;
• Administrative Service Center (ASC);
• local council - village, town, or city.
