Grant Competition: Skill Partnerships for Productivity

According to Мін. Економіки: The Skill Partnerships for Productivity competition is now accepting applications from Ukrainian companies through August 31. Selected firms can receive co-funding ranging from €50,000 to €200,000 to train their specialists. The program is delivered within the framework of the Skills Alliance for Ukraine and involves working alongside certified training providers.

This funding is intended to help employers respond to pressing workforce needs and invest in long-term skill development.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be private companies that have been operating in Ukraine for at least three years and employ at least eight staff members. Partnerships with a certified training provider are mandatory, and the company must contribute a minimum of 50% of the project cost. The results are scheduled to be announced in September 2026.
