Now you can register for the electronic queue at the State Enterprise 'Document' via BankID
The State Enterprise 'Document' has started testing a new method of registering for the electronic queue. From now on, clients of the 'Passport Service' centers can verify their identity through the BankID system of the National Bank of Ukraine even at the stage of booking an appointment. This was reported by InPoland.
Registration at the State Enterprise 'Document' is now available through BankID
The new initiative has been in effect since June 22, 2026, in testing mode. Identity verification will take place during registration for the electronic queue at the 'Passport Service' centers.
At the State Enterprise 'Document', it is noted that the use of BankID is expected to make the process of obtaining appointment tickets more controlled and transparent.
Why the new identity verification system was introduced
According to the company, verification via BankID is part of a strategy aimed at ensuring fair access to services for all citizens.
The new mechanism is expected to help minimize potential manipulations with electronic queue tickets and make it more difficult to use third-party booking schemes.
Moreover, the system is intended to make the registration process more convenient for users, as identity verification will be conducted automatically through one of the banks connected to BankID of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The State Enterprise 'Document' is currently testing the new feature, after which it may decide on its full implementation in all 'Passport Service' centers.
Let us remind you, Ukrainians can change their passport in Moldova only through Diia.Signature.
