According to hvylya.net: Forecasters warned yesterday that dangerous weather phenomena are approaching the Kyiv region. Cloudy weather with rain, thunderstorms, and possible hail and gusts of wind is expected. The air temperature will also vary significantly - at night 17-22 degrees, during the day 27-32 degrees. In Kyiv, 20-22 degrees is expected at night and 27-29 degrees during the day.
'Warning about dangerous meteorological phenomena in the Kyiv region. On July 28, thunderstorms, with hail and gusts of 15-20 m/s in some areas during the day. First level of danger, yellow. Weather conditions may complicate the work of energy, construction, communal enterprises, and transportation' - warn Ukrainian forecasters.
In other words, residents of Kyiv and the Kyiv region should prepare for rain, thunderstorms, and possible gusts of wind that may affect the operation of enterprises and transportation in the region.
