According to glavcom.ua:
On the night of August 10, drones attacked the Saratov region of Russia. According to monitoring channels, the drone attack caused a large fire at one of the local oil refineries, reports 'Glavkom'. Local Telegram channels reported that after a UAV hit the site, a fire broke out, and thick columns of black smoke were visible from several kilometers away.
Let us recall that a fire broke out at the Rosneft oil refinery in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, which is the largest fuel supplier for the Far Eastern region.
Recently, fires at oil refineries in Russia have become increasingly common. This incident in the Saratov region highlights serious problems in the security of facilities that are of strategic importance to the country. It also raises questions about the protection of oil refineries from similar attacks in the future.
