The second wave of 'Winter Support': 2.5 million Ukrainians will receive 1,000 UAH each

According to Міністерство соц. політики: Winter support continues to gain momentum: the second wave of payments is starting. This time, about 2.5 million Ukrainians will receive 1,000 UAH, which they can spend on various needs. In the first wave, over 3 billion UAH was provided in assistance, and nearly half of that amount has already been successfully spent.

More than 14 million applications for assistance have already been submitted, indicating a strong interest among Ukrainians in this program. To apply, one must be in Ukraine and follow a few simple steps by December 24, 2025. Information about the payment details can be found on the official program website zyma.gov.ua.
