According to МВС: This article commemorates the second anniversary of the death of border guard Vladyslav Shramko, who was killed while carrying out a combat mission on the Bakhmut front. A native of Dnipro, Shramko served in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The battle for Bakhmut was one of the longest and bloodiest campaigns of the war, where Ukrainian forces held out against a massive Russian assault for months.

His unit began its combat operation near the village of Kurdiumivka on January 15, 2024. Tragically, on January 16, 2024, Vladyslav Shramko sustained fatal gunshot wounds. His death was a profound loss for his family and fellow servicemen.
