With a 10-Month-Old in Her Arms, a Military Spouse Passes an MVS Exam

According to МВС: In Ukraine, driver's license theory tests are administered at MVS service centers. Kateryna arrived for her exam carrying her ten-month-old daughter Oleksandra, since her husband is away defending Ukraine. The center arranged for the test to take place without other candidates, allowing Kateryna to stay focused while caring for her baby.

She answered 19 out of 20 questions correctly in just four minutes, showing both strong preparation and quick reaction. The experience also shows how service centers can support mothers who need flexibility in difficult circumstances.
