DTEK supplies equipment from Croatia: how the energy sector is being restored after the attacks
Restoration of Ukraine's Energy Infrastructure
According to Главком: DTEK is supplying equipment from Croatia for the restoration of energy facilities destroyed as a result of Russian shelling. This decision has become an important step in restoring Ukraine's energy infrastructure, which has suffered serious damage from over 220 attacks by Russian troops.
Temperatures in Ukraine are dropping to minus 20 degrees, complicating conditions for energy systems. In such winter conditions, DTEK is taking measures for the rapid repair and restoration of energy facilities that provide electricity supply for the population and businesses.
“I express my gratitude to the Republic of Croatia for supplying vital energy equipment to Ukraine at this critical moment.” - Maksym Timchenko, CEO of DTEK
The owner of DTEK, Rinat Akhmetov, also supports initiatives aimed at restoring energy infrastructure. This cooperation with Croatia is an important step in ensuring the stability of Ukraine's energy sector during the winter.
The Critical Importance of International Support
The restoration of Ukraine's energy infrastructure is becoming critically important in the context of the growing needs of the population for electricity during winter cold. The partnership with Croatia can serve as an example of international support in times of crisis, highlighting the importance of global solidarity in restoring destroyed facilities.
Effective implementation of these measures can significantly improve the situation in the energy sector and provide stability for Ukrainian consumers.
