According to Главком: Emergency responders in Tulchyn, Vinnytsia Oblast, successfully extracted a 62-year-old driver and a 48-year-old female passenger who were trapped in a damaged car following a collision between two vehicles. Using specialized equipment, rescue teams freed the individuals and handed them over to medical personnel. After an examination, both declined hospitalization.
