In response, Denis Ulutin traveled to the Dnipropetrovsk region for a meeting with regional officials and local community representatives. The discussions focused on critical issues such as:

• evacuating people from dangerous areas;
• supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs), particularly through housing provisions;
• preparing social infrastructure for the winter season.
