According to glavcom.ua: The European Business Association (EBA) supported the draft laws on tax incentives for the import of energy equipment. In particular, this concerns equipment for wind power plants, which previously did not benefit from tax incentives.
The documents provide for the extension of tax incentives for the import of energy equipment in 2026 and the expansion of the list of goods. This is important for the restoration of the energy system and the development of the renewable energy sector.
The EBA believes that these changes are critically important for the prompt restoration of electricity generation and the energy infrastructure of Ukraine.
The association has already appealed to the relevant government bodies with a request to support the adoption of new draft laws.
