Interest-Free Loans of Up to 1 Million UAH Now Available for Farmers
Application Period Opens for Interest-Free Agricultural Loans
According to Мін. Економіки: Starting June 2, 2026, farmers can submit applications through the State Agrarian Register for interest-free loans worth up to 1 million UAH. The deadline for submissions is July 2, 2026. These loans come with a repayment period of up to five years.
Eligibility and Requirements
Eligible applicants include any farm registered in the State Agrarian Register, including family-run farms without legal entity status. To qualify, farms must meet several mandatory conditions:
- No outstanding tax debts;
- Not undergoing bankruptcy proceedings;
- Not subject to any sanctions;
- Operations must not be based in temporarily occupied territories.
The loan funds can be used for:
- Purchasing machinery and equipment;
- Acquiring livestock;
- Constructing or renovating production facilities;
- Planting perennial crops;
- Developing cooperative ventures;
- Irrigation and land reclamation projects.
This lending program is designed to bolster Ukraine's agricultural sector, a key driver of national food security.
