According to Главком: FIFA has released its latest world rankings for national teams, with Ukraine now positioned in 32nd place. This represents a two-spot drop from their previous 30th-place standing, with the team currently holding 1546.88 points. Among UEFA member nations, Ukraine ranks 15th. The rankings are a key metric for determining seedings in major international tournaments.

The full list of participants and the group stage draw for the 2026 FIFA World Cup have now been confirmed. Advancing to the knockout round of 32 will be the top two teams from each group, along with the eight best third-placed finishers from the group phase.
