According to hvylya.net: Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko revealed the state budget financing deficit for 2026 during the YES conference 'How to End the War'. It concerns 16 billion euros of uncovered external financing.
Marchenko emphasized the need to increase the volume of financing, as the conflict is not yet over, and called for finding common ground with partners regarding funding for the next year.
“They are capable of preparing various mechanisms that help us use frozen Russian assets without actual confiscation”
During the conference, Marchenko highlighted the importance of finding effective solutions in financial planning for the future, particularly through cooperation with international partners.
