In a dramatic tie, ACF Fiorentina progressed to the next round despite losing the second match to Poland's Jagiellonia Białystok. In the round of 16, Fiorentina will face the winner of the tie between RC Strasbourg and Raków Częstochowa. The next round's matches are scheduled for March 12th. Taras Romanczuk, who scored the own goal, was born in Kovel, Ukraine, and has played professionally in Poland since 2014, earning caps for the Polish national team.
