This decision comes after a series of destructive attacks over the past two months that damaged more than 20 company facilities, including distribution centers, supermarkets, and production sites. These organizational adjustments will take effect starting November 1.

Similar restructuring has already occurred in other areas of the business, such as MAUDAU, the TemaBit IT teams, and the E-commerce & Ecosystem departments. Between August 1 and September 25, Russian strikes severely impacted Fozzy Group’s infrastructure and inventory, making it both challenging and costly to maintain uninterrupted operations. As a result, some projects and initiatives will be paused or discontinued, while alternative solutions will be sought for others.

Recovery Efforts and Company Adaptation

Additionally, Ruslan Shostak, founder and co-owner of the Varus retail chain, warned that at the current pace of Russian attacks, it could take decades to completely eliminate 90% of Ukrainian warehouses-if they are not restored at all.
