According to Главком: As of 10:00 PM on May 19, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff recorded 189 combat engagements along the front line. Over the past day, the enemy launched one missile strike and 62 aerial attacks. A total of 170 guided aerial bombs were dropped, and 5,662 kamikaze drones were deployed. Additionally, Ukrainian positions and populated areas came under 2,241 artillery and mortar shellings.
Frontline Situation
The most intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk direction, where the enemy carried out 40 assaults, targeting settlements including Dorozhnie, Rodynske, Oleksandrivka, and Pokrovsk itself. In this area, 56 Russian occupiers were eliminated and 14 others wounded. Ukrainian forces also destroyed one multiple rocket launcher system, one vehicle, and four pieces of specialized equipment, while damaging one tank, three vehicles, two artillery pieces, and one drone control post. In the airspace above the Pokrovsk sector, 182 drones of various types were either destroyed or suppressed.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, two combat clashes and 81 shelling incidents occurred, including two from multiple rocket launchers. In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy stormed Ukrainian positions six times in the areas of Izbystske, Hraniv, Lyman, Radkivka, Vilcha, and Starytsia. On the Kupiansk axis, an attack near Kucherivka was repelled. The Lyman direction saw eight enemy attempts to advance, particularly around Drobysheve, Ozerne, and Dibrova. In the Sloviansk sector, three assault attempts were beaten back, while the Kostiantynivka front faced eleven enemy charges.
