General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: 120 combat clashes in a day and hundreds of strikes along the entire front line

Situation at the front as of March 10, 2023

According to Главком: As of March 10, 2023, there were 120 combat clashes in different directions of the front. Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out 69 airstrikes, dropping 192 guided bombs, and deployed 6229 kamikaze drones. A total of 2896 shellings of settlements and military positions were recorded.

Details of the combat actions

In the Pokrovsk direction, as of the day, according to preliminary data, 55 invaders were eliminated, and 15 were injured. Also, in this direction, the following were destroyed:

• one shelter
• ammunition depot
• artillery system
• tank
• two units of automotive transport

62 shelters, 4 drone control points, a tank, an armored fighting vehicle, four artillery systems, and three units of automotive equipment were damaged. In addition, in the Pokrovsk direction, 281 drones of various types were destroyed or suppressed.

In the Northeastern Sloboda and Kursk directions, the enemy conducted 92 shellings, including three using multiple launch rocket systems. In this same region, three airstrikes were carried out using 11 guided bombs.

In the Southern Sloboda direction, the enemy twice stormed positions in the areas of Zybun and Vovchansk Huts, and one assault action is ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked four times in the areas of Petropavlivka and Novoplatonivka. In the Lyman direction, three attacks were repelled in the areas of Drobysheve and Stavyky, and one assault action is ongoing. In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance towards Zakittne, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Dronivka, Platonivka, and Riznykivka seven times.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders stormed positions near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiyivka, Ivanopillya, Illinivka, Sofiyivka, Novopavlivka, Rusynyi Yar, and Stepanyvka 19 times. In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy conducted 16 attacks in the areas of Novyi Donbas, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Shevchenko, Hryshyne, Udalne, Novomykolaivka, and Novopavlivka, and one assault action is ongoing.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attempted to improve the situation three times, attacking in the areas of Ternove and Novohryhorivka, with one attack ongoing. In the Huliaypole direction, 18 attacks took place in the areas of Huliaypole, Zaliznychne, Huliaypilske, Zarichne, Varvarivka, Luhivske, Myrne, Hirke, and Sviatopetrivka, four of which are ongoing. In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked in the areas of Shcherbakiv and Pavlivka.

In total, the full-scale war in Ukraine has lasted 1476 days.

The situation at the front remains tense, with active combat actions in several directions. As the data shows, the enemy continues to use aviation and drones, indicating their intentions to maintain aggressive actions. At the same time, Ukrainian forces demonstrate resilience, actively countering attacks and inflicting losses on the enemy. These events may affect the further development of military actions and strategies of both sides in the near future.
