Ukraine opened 9 new hotels in half a year: where the largest facilities appeared
In the first half of 2025, the hotel business in Ukraine was actively developing. 9 hotels were opened and renovated, totaling over 1000 rooms. Among the largest new entries are Archotel Avenue in Odessa (334 rooms), Mayak Resort in Kyiv (82 rooms), Tulip Residences in Lviv (73 rooms), and Panorama Skhidnytsya SPA Resort in the Lviv region (71 rooms). According to EY, by the end of 2025, at least 10 more hotels with around 2000 rooms are planned to open, most of them in the western regions of the country. The Carpathian region attracts special attention with plans for the construction of aparthotels and cottage complexes. Even in the challenging times of war, Ukraine's hotel industry demonstrates resilience and growth, indicating the potential opportunities in the hospitality sector in the country.
