Ukrainian fighters on training in Poland: NATO manuals are not working in drone warfare

According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian servicemen who underwent training in Poland found the programs and standards outdated, not taking into account the modern realities of drone warfare. Instructors teach tactics based on past conflicts where drones were not used intensively. There is a need to improve training to account for the capabilities of drones.

A Czech instructor was impressed by the speed and effectiveness of Ukrainian drones. Polish instructors also did not provide adequate training for drone operators, but both sides are working on improving programs and sharing experiences. The opening of a new training camp with a drone range will allow the Ukrainian military to enhance their training and effectiveness in modern conditions.
