Thunderstorms and Summer Heat: What Weather Will Conclude June in Ukraine

Forecasters expect variable cloudiness across the country. Some areas may experience light, brief rains and thunderstorms. Precipitation will be unevenly distributed: in the southern regions, no precipitation is predicted at night, while during the day, predominantly western and eastern regions will remain rain-free.

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has published a detailed weather forecast for the last day of June 2025 for the entire territory of Ukraine.

The wind will blow from the northwest at speeds of 7-12 meters per second. In the northern part of the country, wind gusts may intensify during the day, reaching 15-20 meters per second.

Air temperature will range from 13-18 degrees Celsius at night and 20-25 degrees during the day. In the southern regions and Transcarpathia, the daytime temperature may reach up to 30 degrees.

For the Kyiv region and the capital, the weather forecast is similar, with some differences. Variable cloudiness is expected in the region, with occasional light brief rain and thunderstorms. The wind will blow from the northwest at speeds of 7-12 meters per second, with possible gusts up to 15-18 meters per second during the day.

The air temperature in the Kyiv region at night will be between 13 and 18 degrees, while during the day it will be from 20 to 25 degrees. In Kyiv, a stable temperature regime is expected: at night 14-16 degrees Celsius, during the day 21-23 degrees.

The end of June 2025 in Ukraine will bring variable cloudiness, light brief rains and thunderstorms, wind speeds up to 20 meters per second, and air temperatures from 13 to 30 degrees depending on the region. In the Kyiv region, a stable temperature regime with minor differences is anticipated.
