“Only a doctor can determine the necessary treatment and provide recommendations; therefore, do not self-medicate.”

We remind about preventive measures:

  • Vaccination;
  • Maintaining personal hygiene: handwashing and using antiseptics;
  • Healthy diet and ventilation of premises;
  • Avoiding places with large crowds;
  • Self-isolation in case of symptoms: cough, sore throat, headache, muscle and joint pain, temperature ≥38°C.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine, together with the World Health Organization Ukraine, has prepared a guide for the prevention of winter diseases. Take care of your health!

Ukraine recorded an increase in influenza and COVID-19 cases, hoping for more active measures for the prevention and treatment of respiratory illnesses.
