According to РБК-Україна — Lite: Volodymyr Shumko, known for his work as a comedian and TV presenter, has shared details about how he dropped 17 kilograms over roughly four years. The most demanding stretch, he says, came during the last two years of that period. Instead of trying to manage on his own, Shumko consulted a professional doctor, who chose medications and dietary supplements tailored to his needs.
