According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukrainian forces, led by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence, have successfully halted a Russian military advance toward the city of Zaporizhzhia. The three-month operation was designed to disrupt enemy offensive plans and prevent their forces from reaching this key regional center. This defensive success is part of Ukraine's broader effort to hold critical ground in the south. As a result, over 300 Russian troops were killed or wounded, and 39 were taken prisoner.
