The Constitutional Court adopted 91 acts in November: what cases were considered
In November 2025, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was very active. During this month, there were 106 sessions, including 24 plenary sessions, 9 sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court, 11 sessions of ordinary judges, and several expert groups.
During these sessions, 91 acts were adopted, including resolutions, rulings, decisions, and other documents. Additionally, 35 constitutional complaints were submitted to the court; they were reviewed and distributed among judges, but 17 of them did not meet the legal requirements.
Moreover, the Secretariat of the Court responded to 37 requests for public information and citizens' appeals.
In November 2025, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine demonstrated its importance and activity, marked by a significant volume of sessions held and acts adopted. Several constitutional complaints that did not comply with the legislation were also identified and rejected. The Court continues its important work addressing constitutional issues and ensuring justice in the country.
