According to Главком: Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has announced significant progress in diplomatic efforts to end the war in Ukraine. The parties have made important headway in drafting documents concerning future security guarantees for Ukraine. The agreement is based on an Italian proposal that draws on the model of NATO's Article 5, aiming to establish a collective defense mechanism. This framework is designed to ensure Kyiv's long-term security.

Reconstruction Plans and the Sticking Point of Territory

Alongside this, a large-scale plan for Ukraine's reconstruction is being actively developed, with many economic and infrastructure aspects of post-war rebuilding already mapped out on paper. "this war will only end when one side exhausts its forces, military or economic,"

and that

"reason and humanitarian arguments will not convince Putin"
