She asserted that the United States does not support the European Union and is attempting to use various tools, including customs tariffs, to achieve its objectives. This warning comes at a time of significant strain in transatlantic relations, with European capitals increasingly concerned about American strategic goals.

Kallas noted that the 27 EU member states lack a unified position regarding relations with the US, which complicates the situation. She emphasized the critical importance of recognizing the United States' stated desire to divide Europe.

"I think it is important for everyone to understand that the United States has very clearly stated its desire to split Europe. They do not like the European Union," Kaja Kallas remarked.
