Innovations
Among the innovations that have been introduced are the container-free method and the possibility of waste removal upon request. An important aspect is the establishment of the consumers' right not to pay for waste removal if they are absent from home for more than 30 calendar days. To do this, it is necessary to submit a corresponding application to the service provider in order to recalculate the payment.
