Investigation and its Results

As part of the investigation, detectives from the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine completed a pre-trial investigation regarding five individuals-entrepreneurs. Law enforcement uncovered an underground production of footwear and clothing of international brands, which was the result of searches conducted at the stores 'Techno Yizhak' and 'Yabko'.

The verdict for Ivan Naidukh emphasizes the attitude of Ukrainian law enforcement towards collaborative activities under martial law, which is an important aspect of national security. The application of sanctions, such as fines and bans on holding positions, reflects the state's efforts to counter threats related to the economic activities of individuals who may collaborate with the enemy. The investigation into the underground production also demonstrates the activity of law enforcement in combating illegal trade and protecting intellectual property rights.
