On the streets of the city, 182 units of special equipment from 'Kyivavtodor' are working to ensure unobstructed transportation. Additionally, 122 workers are involved in manual cleaning as part of 23 teams.

The 'greenery workers' also play an important role in the cleaning process, removing snow from parks and squares. For this purpose, 43 units of equipment and 673 workers are involved. On December 26, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s and a blizzard are forecasted, which requires an increase in the efforts to clear the areas.

Preparation for the Blizzard

Amid the preparation for worsening weather conditions, the largest flag of Ukraine at the 'National Museum of the History of Ukraine in World War II' Memorial Complex has been lowered. This signifies the seriousness of the situation and the readiness of city services for the potential consequences of the blizzard.
