City Implements Hot Water Restrictions

In response to the accident and the broader energy crisis, the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) has temporarily restricted centralized hot water supply to a section of residential buildings. This decision was made due to the complex energy situation following massive attacks. Freed-up thermal capacity is being redirected to restore heating, though restarting the system in low temperatures is technically difficult. The system is currently being activated for the third time in part of the Desnianskyi district's housing stock.
