Recognizing the Sacrifices of Ukraine's Defenders

Dmytro Zahumennyi, head of the Kyiv City State Administration's executive office, emphasized that this distinction acknowledges the exceptional contributions of defenders who fought for Ukraine's independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity amid Russia's armed aggression.
