According to МВС: Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, is on-site coordinating the emergency response after a hostile attack struck a residential building in the capital's Darnytskyi district. The overall number of fatalities in Kyiv has now reached 13. At this specific location, one death has been confirmed, and six individuals are reported missing.

As part of the rescue mission led by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv, seven people have been extricated from the rubble. In total, 17 individuals have been rescued from this site. Rescuers are using vibrophones to detect signs of life, and periodic moments of silence are observed to listen for any signals from those who may still be trapped beneath the debris.
