Government Support Measures for Ukrainian Civilians

According to МВС: In response to widespread disruptions in utility services, Ukraine's Interior Minister, Ihor Klymenko, has detailed the government's emergency support measures. Currently, 118 State Emergency Service heating tents are operational across 84 locations in Kyiv. An additional 79 tents are planned, with eight larger tent settlements being established in the Dnipro and Darnytsia districts of the capital. These efforts are part of a broader national response to infrastructure damage caused by ongoing hostilities.

Additional support points are also being organized in Kharkiv. Specialized equipment and personnel from other regions are being dispatched to the city to provide assistance. Nationwide, the emergency line 112 is receiving reports concerning the lack of heating, electricity, and water supply.
