According to Главком: The White Business Club has updated its official registry, now featuring 9,251 members. Over the past three months, the list expanded by 3%, with 1,490 new companies joining, while 1,216 firms exited during the same period. This resulted in a 32% turnover rate for the registry. Among the members, 94% are companies-totaling 8,673 businesses-and 6% are individual entrepreneurs (FOPs), representing 578 people.

Currently, 8,640 companies in the registry are registered and actively operating. One firm is in the process of winding down, and another is undergoing bankruptcy proceedings (rehabilitation). Data for 31 companies remains undisclosed. In terms of tax systems, half of the companies (4,788) operate under the general system, 1,720 have chosen the simplified system of the fourth group, and 1,689 use the simplified third group. Additionally, 476 companies are residents of Diia.City.

Industries and Regions

By industry, the largest number of companies are in agriculture-1,808 firms (21%). Trade and transport repair account for 1,772 companies (20%), while the manufacturing sector employs 1,459 firms (17%). Construction and real estate each represent 7% of the total.

Regionally, the highest concentration of companies is in Kyiv, with 1,892 firms (22% of the total). Dnipropetrovsk region follows with 800 (9%), Kyiv region with 670 (8%), Lviv region with 657 (8%), Zakarpattia with 169, and Chernivtsi region with 129 companies.

Among the notable new large-scale entrants to the club are companies with substantial revenues. The largest newcomer is Kyivstar, reporting revenue of 43.8 billion UAH in 2022. The second is OOEK, with 26.8 billion UAH, and the third is Toyota-Ukraine, at 24.6 billion UAH. It is also worth noting that Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited generated over 18 billion UAH in revenue in 2025.

The White Business Club registry update highlights a surge in entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine, despite some companies exiting the market. The influx of new participants may signal positive economic trends, particularly in high-revenue sectors.

Kyiv, as the country's primary economic hub, continues to lead in the number of registered companies, underscoring its critical role in Ukraine's business environment.

The growth of the White Business Club registry highlights a positive trend in the Ukrainian business landscape, particularly as a significant percentage of companies are reporting profits. For instance, in 2025, a substantial 78% of Ukrainian firms indicated profitability, reflecting an overall recovery and resilience in various sectors. This aligns with the recent influx of new members, showcasing the dynamic nature of the economy.
