When there will be no electricity in Kyiv region on December 16, 2025

On December 16, 2025, stabilizing schedules for electricity supply interruptions will be in effect in the Kyiv region. Restrictions will be implemented for all queues at different time intervals throughout the day. This was reported by DTEK, which published a detailed schedule for residents of the region.

Energy experts note that schedules may be adjusted depending on the state of the energy system. In case of changes, residents of the region will be promptly informed through official channels.

Electricity outage schedule in Kyiv region on December 16

According to the published data, electricity will be temporarily turned off in the following queues and time intervals:

• Queue 1.1: from 06:00 to 09:30, from 16:30 to 22:00

• Queue 1.2: from 06:00 to 09:30, from 16:30 to 20:00

• Queue 2.1: from 06:00 to 13:00, from 16:30 to 20:00

• Queue 2.2: from 06:00 to 09:30, from 16:30 to 20:00

• Queue 3.1: from 09:30 to 13:00, from 20:00 to 23:30

• Queue 3.2: from 00:00 to 02:30, from 09:30 to 13:00, from 20:00 to 23:30

• Queue 4.1: from 00:00 to 02:30, from 09:30 to 16:30, from 20:00 to 23:30

• Queue 4.2: from 00:00 to 02:30, from 09:30 to 13:00, from 20:00 to 23:30

• Queue 5.1: from 02:30 to 06:00, from 13:00 to 16:30, from 23:30 to 24:00

• Queue 5.2: from 02:30 to 06:00, from 13:00 to 16:30, from 23:30 to 24:00

• Queue 6.1: from 02:30 to 06:00, from 13:00 to 20:00, from 23:30 to 24:00

• Queue 6.2: from 08:00 to 09:30, from 13:00 to 20:00, from 23:30 to 24:00.

Energy experts emphasize that stabilization outages are a necessary measure to maintain balance in the energy system.
