According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainians temporarily staying abroad will gradually return to the country. According to forecasts from the National Bank, in 2027, a net return of about 100,000 people per year is expected. The speed of this process will depend on living conditions and safety in European countries.
At the same time, Ukrainian refugees from Vilnius can use free local transport for up to a year. However, changes in social assistance payments for Ukrainian residents may be implemented in Germany, and Poland is considering a bill to gradually reduce support for refugees from Ukraine.
