Iran retaliated with missile attacks targeting US military bases in the Middle East and Israel.

Iran's strikes reportedly caused civilian injuries in northern Israel. Additionally, Iran launched ballistic missiles at a US Naval Forces logistics facility in Bahrain, specifically targeting the US Fifth Fleet's service center.
