Artem Kravets comments on his departure from 'Dynamo'
According to glavcom.ua: Artem Kravets, former advisor to Dynamo's president Ihor Surkis on youth football development, commented on his departure from the club. He explained that he came to work not for money or recognition, but solely to change something and help the club.
'I have known 'Dynamo' since I was 14, I know everything and everyone in this club, I understand where and what needs to be changed,' - said Kravets.
The online magazine 'Hlavkom' confirmed that Kravets actively sought ways to improve training. He completed a 10-month program from ECA and noted the underestimated potential of Ukrainian football.
'We have a lot of talented kids compared to European countries! However, their potential is not being used to the fullest!', - he added.
What made Kravets leave the club?
Kravets emphasized that he could talk about all the problems of 'Dynamo' 'for hours or even days' and expressed a desire to discuss this issue with someone he trusts.
'My native team needs to change! I just don't want to work just to check a box, I wanted to change something!', - he noted.
It is noteworthy that Artem Kravets worked at the club from 2023 to 2025. Previously, he published a post on Instagram about his split from his wife Anna when footballers were forced to stay at home due to quarantine.
